THERAPY NEAR CYPRESS

Therapy for Cypress, CA

A few minutes from home — or virtual from anywhere

My office sits on Katella Avenue at the Los Alamitos–Cypress border, which makes me one of the most convenient psychologists for Cypress. In-person sessions are a short drive; virtual sessions are available across California.

WHAT WE WORK ON TOGETHER

The same depth of work, close to home

My {city} clients come for the same reasons people drive across town for a good therapist — and most find the drive is shorter than they expected.

Individual therapy for high achievers

Perfectionism, people-pleasing, burnout, and the hollow feeling that can sit under external success. We go beneath coping skills to the patterns underneath.

Couples therapy

For Cypress couples stuck in the same fight — or drifting into silence. Attachment-oriented work that looks at family history, culture, and what each of you learned about love.

Premarital counseling (Prepare-Enrich)

Structured premarital sessions for engaged Cypress couples who want to start marriage with honest conversations about money, family, and conflict.

An Asian American lens that fits

As a second-generation Asian American psychologist, I understand family duty, immigrant expectations, and the pressure to look fine. That understanding is a resource — not the whole story.

FROM YOUR SIDE OF TOWN

What getting here looks like

The office is at 5242 Katella, Suite 202 — right on the Los Alamitos/Cypress line near Valley View Street. From most of Cypress the drive is five to ten minutes, and parking is free in the lot out front. For clients who prefer not to drive, sessions are also available virtually on select days.

Many Cypress clients work in the corporate offices along Katella and Valley View, or are raising families in neighborhoods like Candlewood. The high-achiever, couples, and cultural-expectations work I do fits the pace of life here — busy, accomplished, and often carrying expectations no one asked for.
